My Method

My Journey
My own journey started in 2018 during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
I was struggling with depression, anxiety, binge eating, and had completely lost confidence in myself and also any direction in my life.
Like many of the women I coach today, I spent years obsessively restricting, feeling guilty around food, and constantly wondering why I couldn't seem to get it right.
Joining the gym started as a way to change the body that I hated but quickly became a way to rebuild myself. It sounds cliché but it truly changed my life.

Over time, I learned that lasting progress doesn't come from extremes. It comes from consistency, self-compassion, and building habits that work alongside your life, not against it.
Now, I help women do the same.
For 6 years now, I've been lucky enough to support women in building their own confidence, creating sustainable routines, improving their relationship with food, and achieving results they can maintain long term.
Because fitness should enhance your life, not control it.
